an "eight point" rule by itself is a stupid and wasteful way to manage for trophy deer. You can kill a great, but small, 1.5 year old eight point but have to pass on a six year old six point. Does that make any sense to anyone managing for better bucks?????
I've spent most of the money I've made in my lifetime on hunting and fishing. The rest I just wasted.....
