Very simple, I didnt have time to stand around cooking this afternoon so I threw it in a pot with a top in the oven at about 300*. I let it and the loins cook together for a couple hours with some onions, garlic butter marinade and a little salt and pepper. Thats it.


No prep except pulling it out of the ice chest and rinsing it.
