I was never in a hospital. I stayed in a hotel room for 4 nights. Day 1 was MRI and X-rays. Done by 2. Day 2 was meet with doctor, done by 11, day three was surgery at 6 and then walked to my truck at 1030, although I don't remember it and Day 4 was a check up on the incision and I'm riding home now. Awesome experience all the way around!

I fought having something done for 6 months. Even when I was having to take pain meds every day I'd wake up and hope that today was the day it'll all magically get better. We're guys it's in our nature to be pig headed. I'm 2 weeks from picking up anything over 5lbs. 6 weeks to full duty is what they said. I'm very fortunate to have family and friends that made me and led me down there. A friend of mine with the same symptoms went there the first week if nov and came back with the same story I'm sharing. He gave me the encouragement I needed to start the first step in becoming pain free.

During all if the phone interviews you take the never schedule your surgery until you've seen the doctor. They'll only tell you that your a candidate or not. My biggest fear was to get down there and them tell me that I should be fine and just toughen up a little. Well Tuesday morning when I first got there I was moved to tears while I waited to see the person to start this process. It was the final step to becoming pain free that made me weep. By that point I knew God had led me down there fans everything was going to be fine.
