I have debated having this procedure done or the disc decompression therapy. I have herniated L5/S1. Im tired of hurting too. Cant sit still in a stand either. Sucks. Yep I hunted once with my wife this year and she noticed how much I had to shift to stay comfortable. You don't have to hurt. They can fix it.
At times my ambition far exceeds my talent.
