Every citizen does have the right to keep and bear arms in defense of himself... Walking onto private property while hunting is not a defensive action, it is an offensive action which violates the rights of the landowner. It is not a violation of an offenders rights to be arrested for violating the rights of others. He merely appeared to be hunting on the privately owned R/R track.
