I've seen "got to have thick skin to be here" much more than calling down those that post middle-school comments. Just a thought for the forum: how about when somebody says they are new and trying to learn, everybody try to help them out instead of ridiculing like a 13 year old? I probably should just not say anything and stay a quiet observer, but really, is this really what this whole forum is about? It's like a society of "in kids" that want to embarrass and ridicule the new guy at school. Do we want to expand and educate new hunters or alienate them? The government is doing enough to prevent hunting, shouldn't this forum be about inviting and helping new people? No reply necessary, just something to thing about for future posts and comments.
