I'm in Afghanistan at the moment, I drown all of my "steak" with A1 before eating.

Unfortunately my boss doesn't eat red meat. Very rarely I will convince her to take a bite of mine when we're out eating.

Marinate in Worcestershire sauce. Then cover it up in southern flavor. Serve medium rare. Outstanding!

Depends on where I'm eating. If it's just a cheap steak somewhere then I might put some worschershirer on it. If at a high end restaraunt then I may get it topped with blue cheese but no sauces.

Speaking of good steak......I at at place called CARNEVOR in Milwaukee a couple weeks ago. I order the KOBE 16oz Fillet. That was the finest steak I have ever put in my mouth. On the flip side the South African lobster tail I ordered with the steak was horrible, almost unedible.

I forgot to add that a little raw horse reddish makes a good steak better.

Med rare for me med well for the wife. She uses A-1 I use ketchup. I went to Ruth Chris for my junior prom and asked for ketchup and you should have seen the look I got.

I like my steak sprinkled with a little sea salt and black pepper, then cooked medium.

I also like a little Heinz 57 on the side and I'll eat part of my steak with it and part of it without it.

People are individuals. We are all different.

What does it matter to me how someone else likes their steak? To each his own.

A good coating of Gun Powder seasoning on each side and a good hot fire. Medium rare and nothing else required.

My wife doesn't typically use steak sauce, but wants hers cooked about 100 degrees past well done, to the point it looks like a charred up piece of gristle. Anything less than that and it isn't done enough. I typically have to put hers on the grill ten minutes before everybody else's.

I don't know why I waste money buying her a rib eye, it would be a lot cheaper to ruin a sirloin.

At least no one is ruining a good beef steak by soaking it in spicy Italian dressing like some do with a good venison steak.

A1 has some bad stuff in it that will rot yer guts, that stuff is awful!

I always taste mine first if it's good I add some black pepper, if it's not so good maybe a little steak sauce of some kind, but won't be A1. My wife does the same with hers. Those places that marinade everything in Dale's whether you want it or not don't get my business, Dale's is #2 on the steak sauce suck list behind A1.

I am with Leroy on prep...no sauces here.

My questions is how much did that 16 oz Kobe fillet run you?
