Went out to eat with two other couples a couple of weeks ago at a steak place. We were talking about what we wanted to eat. Almost every one of us ordered steak except one of the ladies. She said she didn't really like steak. When I got mine and cut into it she commented that she couldn't eat it if it was pink on the inside. LOL I said "no wonder you don't like steak". Every time a waiter asks if I want steak sauce the answer is "I hope not". I like Dales and Montreal steak seasoning on a T-bone every now and then. My girlfriend usually orders whatever I order when we go to a steak place. I have never seen her put ketchup or A-1 on a good steak.

We both like ours well but not burnt. Sometimes we use A1 or 57 just depends. I rather enjoy ketchup as a dip but good ketchup not that so called Fancy ketchup.

I tell you a pretty good cut of meat is the chuck steak. It's cheap and tastes very good to me.

It be's that way sometimes.

Didn't costume a dime as I was taking my best customer to dinner, lol. But I think the steak was around $130.

I agree. Buncha damn steak Nazis on here.

X2.... It's HER steak. Let her eat it the way she wants it. You mess with her, and YOU won't be getting any "steak" later.

I personally don't like eating steak sauce on mine. outside of that I let other people eat their steak the way they want to eat without questioning their taste

I don't know why I waste money buying her a rib eye, it would be a lot cheaper to ruin a sirloin.

YOUR NUTS! She would be eating chuck or round steak from now on. Mine use to want hers well done and I made her finish cooking while we were eating our MR. Now she for some strange reason can deal with Medium. LOL

You can bet she would never know what Ribeye taste like if she wanted it burnt. I would not be buying it. Long time ago we went to a very nice place and ordered prime rib. She ordered hers Well Done and when it came she sent back. We had a come to Jesus meeting right then. I explained ham is pink and you eat it. Your Prime Rib should look the same!! 17 years later she orders medium. And she uses heinz 57 on steaks. I am cool with that because I eat Ketchup on mine and will whether its a 8 sirloin or a $50 bone in ribeye.

My daughter loves A1 like that. Seen her put it on chicken pork chop even baked potato. I'm a medium steak man myself. I like a little bloody juice as my steak sauce.

This thread is hilarious, never knew there wee so many husbands that thought it was their duty to teach their wives how to eat a steak. The funny thing is that they expect them to eat it like they like it. I am glad I have a wife that stands up for herself and would tell me to take a hike if I pulled that kind of crap.

Why does it matter to anyone how somebody else likes their steak? Sounds like some controlling MF's to me.

If she likes it that much you might want to keep a bottle in the bedroom.

To each their own but if I have to use ANY kind of steak sauce, then the steak wasn't cooked right, for my likings.

My wife doesn't out anything in a steak. Might not have married her if she did.
