I like to lightly brown(seer) my steak in an iron skillet then put a thin layer of blackberry pepper jelly on it and stick it in a preheated oven for a few minutes till medium done. Delicious. No sauce needed by the way. A-1 on my fries or loaded potato.


I never had blackberry pepper jelly until this past Christmas at my wifes work party. That's some good stuff!!
