Wrong and wrong.

Bullets can go too slow to expand but not too fast to expand unless it is somehow faulty or designed not to expand, as in solids.

A bullet does not ever rise. It starts to fall from the time it leaves the barrel. The perception is that it rises because you have aimed it up with reference to the scope line of sight, so that it will level out or fall on target at your point of aim.

To actually rise, it would need wings so it could generate lift. Now that would be interesting.

Anyone who has said it rises shouldn't feel bad though. Even people who know better have said the same thing because it is an easy way to describe the perceived effect without drawing a picture.[/quote]

You can put that in your book as a W but as a rifle is zeroed blah blah blah. You can have that.

But if you will look at any bullet manufacturers website you will see that there are max velocities to be used for every bullet type die to stability and lack of performance. That's not an opinion
