YAPER 4 point Y Joined: Apr 2014 Posts: 242 Hope Hull	Montgomery County: Early Season/Bow: Above average(best time to kill a good buck on our place is bow season) Mid Season: Below Average (rifle season in full swing and daylight activity has slowed, still see some does but no mature bucks) Late: Average until the rut and then Above average when we get a rut. Big bucks are on their feet cruising, while your younger bucks are chasing every un-hot doe they see! Big bucks will make an occasional appearance. Real hardcore rutting activity is weak though compared to year's past. If next year is as bad as the last couple of years, I'm seriously considering giving up hunting in Alabama and taking the resources & applying those to a couple of out of state hunts.
