It's not the gas that's costing you $$$$,it's the old house with poor insulation,you will not see any difference by going electric without properly insulating the house Good point, I just can't get ahead it seems When I bought our farm house the first thing we did on upgrades was changing out the old wood windows to energy efficient windows, couple doors, and had a buddy blow my attic again. Last thing we did was upgrade to the Train Heat Pump.
