Seems I have me a new neighbor and he's already raised some concern as to our firearm usage and how my burm did not meet the states requirements. I figured a 6' pile of dirt and logs would be sufficient however he quoted something else. We are not bound by any city limits just city police jurisdiction. Anyone have any experience with this?
At times my ambition far exceeds my talent.
