I'm an ole Arkansas boy just in Ohio for work. I have hunted the Ozarks most of my life. But, have been fortunate enough to hunt lot of other places. Have turned down chances at Alabama for years and am ready to give them a whirl. Good luck to all you guys as well. Get out there and stomp some heads.

I sat in a climber the last weekend of deer season in Wing, Al. Heard three different groups firing off around a 400 acre ag field.

Yea I heard a group of gobblers sounding off back in January, they gobbled 8-10 times that morning, public land birds.

You definitely have not hunted Alabama. Someone will be hunting them, they just may not have permission to.

They aren't going to gobble where I am, they are frozen.
