Just read the 575 dozen arrows thread. It was gold, but still, this is "mostestest goldester" imo

I understand that "cost" intransitively, in the sense of "to amount to a sum", "to be a certain price" then the past tense is "cost" - the same as the present tense. If, however, you are using it transitiveley" in the sense of "to assess the financial feasibility of" then the accepted past is "costed"...but I like using "costed" I agree it is trigger pull..............this is untopable....

Don't put words in my mouth; I did not say my bow was drawn back; read my post. Maybe MORE people like me need to be in the woods to keep people like YOU on your side of the property lines.

I read it the same way since it is kind of hard to have a bow "dead-on" someone/thing without it being drawn and aimed.

Maybe it would have been better to say, "I had my bow in my hand pointed in their general direction to shield my body in case they are armed and decide to shoot first because there is no way I can get my bow drawn, aimed, and fired before they blast me out of this tree."

But that doesn't sound quite manly enough though, so I understand why you chose to use hyperbole. wink

Tell me this - at what point in my post did I mention drawing back on my bow? Go back, again, re-read it, and point that out to me.

CM1975 if you got off with just one black eye after trespassing and then being a jackass about it you got lucky. Think about it! 2 against 1 they were in the right and you were in the wrong. You could've got curb stomped then drug to court for trespassing. Still 2 against 1 and you were in the wrong! My opinion is you got off easy! I wouldn't have came on here posting about it either by the way!

BGD your as full of sh@t as a constipated elephant!

Now y'all put that in your pipe and smoke it!
