Have any of you guys actually read the text of Senate Bill 123? It calls for issuing permits at a cost of $50 per permit. I also read that failure to comply will have a fine $300-$500. I am not a qualified law professional to interpret this but those of you that feed in the offseason may now be required to get $50 permits whether you hunt over them or not.

I'd be curious to hear a lawyer's opinion after reading SB123.
