So you believe a couch being carried up the stairs has more weight in the lower end than the upper end because that weight IN the couch "transfers" during transit? Or a pickup with a lowered rear is heavier in the rear? Or a tilted plane is heavier in the tail than the cockpit?
What happens? Do the molecules all slide toward the bottom?
I believe a couch being carried up the stairs has a constant weight. I also believe that weight is supported by a structure, in this case two people, and the portion of the weight being carried by either of them can be changed by the angle of the object.
