BGD...I will take some of that help....damn if I know how to kill one this year..... Step 1: Locate land with tons of birds Step 2: Corn Step 3: Pattern shotgun Step 4: Shoot bird Rinse & Repeat!  JK... It's been tough here so far, too; hopefully things'll heat up soon...

I will make this very easy for you. There are no turkeys or deer on Hollins. They all died off in the 80's. If you hunt there you will only see drunk hillbillys and maybe a squirrel or two. I wouldn't waste my time at that sorry place.

I have a question about WMA's in general. If the WMA says no turkey hunting past 1pm, can you still scout with a call (hoot owl), etc past 1pm as long as you have no gun? A general rule for public land is leave your hooter at the house. That means in the mornings too. Wait for the birds to do their thing.
