"Copy" the address in the address bar from the page that you are browsing youtube on.
Use the " switch to full screen reply" when writing your post. Click The 5th box to the right of the smiley emoticons ( counting the smiley box.) Click "youtube" and paste the link into that box. then click ok. it's pretty simple once you get it figured out. I hope that helps.
