Tomorrow marks two weeks since Ray first posted here trolling for members (suckers) to subsidize his deer lease. In that time this post has had almost 8500 hits and over 175 responses. This is epic beyond words. My only reason to post here was to discreetly and via PM warn ALDEER members of my personal experience with Ray and his club. I would allow them to draw their own conclusions. Ray Patterson chose to make it public and then personnaly attack me. All I can say is, Karma is a bitch. I've heard from people far and wide that the message has been heard. I'm glad two former members came here to voice their identical experiences too. I'm not sure what the property status is but if I get word, I will share it here.

This should serve as a lesson to all hunters when searching for a club to join. Most of us are on this forum to share, discuss and learn from others. Most of us just want to enjoy the deer camp experience. To have an opportunity to hunt, socialize and even introduce our kids to the sport. It's getting harder and more expensive to accomplish this. Most of us work too hard to squander our money on a club that would take advantage of us. I hope this serves as a lesson to Ray and any other club that treats their members like he does.

How can you think it's great that someone jumped a fence to pretty much kill a "pet" deer but condemn a man he wants to talk smack about. I definitely wouldn't listen to anything he has to say. He's obviously out of his mind and that for sure doesn't make him any better than anyone he's talking about.

I don't know if anyone really got screwed or not because I didn't experience it MYSELF. Neither did a lot of people commenting.
Just know someone's trashing someone else and all others are jumping on the bandwagon just like people always do.
If someone was spreading potential lies about you I'm sure you would be pissed too.

1) He was drunk when he did it...and hasn't done it since....so lemme guess, you never did anything stupid when you were young?

2) I tend to find truth to what he is saying due to the fact that about 2 or 3 others have completely confirmed what he said was true...especially since they didn't know him

It doesn't matter if he was drunk. He still brags about it so he knew what he was doing. If you think it was funny you should have YOUR hunting license taken. Definitely not a way I would want to raise my kids hunting or even have them be around it.
And it sounds to me like he doesn't like any of the members that were in said club except his FRIENDS. Likely story from someone who is butt hurt. CRAZY people will make up crazy things when they don't like someone.

I have watched this club seek members for years either on here, other forums and on CL. Me and a couple buddies have always wondered what the deal was with this place. Everything makes sense now to why they are always having turnover. My current club isn't perfect by any means but places that sound this bad make me not want to go looking for other avenues.

You sure do seem to have taken this topic awfully personal for someone to have just joined the site and happen to run across this topic...Not to mention it's the ONLY topic you have posted on. Your pitiful.
