Isn't gonna matter much if it doesn't stop raining long enough to plant! I've got millet, sunflowers, sesame, corn and croton (dove weed) seed all ready to plant but my tractor would be buried if I tried! Where did you get your croton? Can't seem to find any locally. DKseeds.com is where I'm ordering from. It's already too late to plant it this year so I'm going to turn this particular field over, then plant my croton in February. I thought I'd heard everything, but never heard of planting croton. Is it any different than the local weed we have? I'm sure it would draw doves; they love the wild plants that grow in cutover.
