I talked with bowtarist and here is what we came up with for "rules"

Suggested staging time: Meet between 4am and 5am (all livewells checked prior to blast off!!!! - yeah im lookin at you!)

Blast off: 530am Shotgun blast off, signal given by air horn or just yell GO depending on how many boats.

Weigh-in: All boats checked in at ramp by 1pm.

Min length: 15" for all bass (large mouth, spotted, small mouth only)

Max # of fish: 5 fish per boat (no dead fish weighed)
