I have a small commercial fogger that you mix up your own solution. My folks had some and they did some of the same stuff Travis Batey recommended. I think what helped them the most was fogging their attic and basement with Tempo. It is strong so I would fog one day and let it air the next. I think anyone can buy Tempo unless it has become restricted use which you probably have a permit anyway. They also make it in a 20WP which can be used for dusting. You are more than welcome to borrow my fogger if you think it will help you. There are also a few other chemicals which are restricted that are very effective.
