Somewhat related to your story; being that you were on the Management area, aren't there rules about hunting hogs with weapons specific to the season? I have wanted to hunt the Oakmulgee as we have seen hogs out at Payne Lake but too many regulations to make it worth the drive. Those rules apply only if you are on WMA property. North of road 707 on Oakmulgee is outside of the WMA but within the National Forest boundary. You can compare the WMA map and the Oakmulgee motor vehicle operating map to see the boundary. Ok thanks

Brings back memories! Is the Shiloh Fire Tower Loop any better of a road than it was 30 years ago? Been stuck on that one a few times!

Never use the words Toyota Tacoma and stuck in the same sentence. That is all! He should have included PRERUNNER in there. It's ok then
I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.

Never use the words Toyota Tacoma and stuck in the same sentence. That is all! In fact I didn't use either of those words. I used "taco" and "wedge." Yay for synonyms!
