You are at a crowded bar and a drunk woman pushed you and starts cussing you out for pushing her. She goes postal and punches you in the face with a closed fist. What do you do? I watched the video of the FSU guy and she was definitely the aggressor. I'll never say it's OK to punch a woman in the face with a closed fist, but do you just tuck your tail and walk away?
Have you seen the entire video? The short clip shows her hitting him. She should be charged for it.
He forced his way through people, wedged between her and her friend and that shows aggression on his part. Before the first blow.
No excuse. He should be punished appropriately for a number of things, including striking the woman. He had no business there at his age, he had no business seeking out the confrontation, he had no business hitting her back. He had responsibilities as a man, team mate and scholarship player. He didn't see or learn anything from Winston? Maybe he did. He learned the campus police, university and coaching staff would cover for him if they could.
He should admit he was stupid. Take the punishment, move on to play somewhere else and redeem himself.
You, as a fan, should stop making excuses for him and expect better from your school, coaching staff and players.
That's just my two cents and I don't give a rip if anyone agrees with it or not.
Just an FYI. If I'm in the bar and see what he did to her. I'm gonna skull stomp his arse long before the police get there.
