This is a New Club in the Heart of the Blackbelt in Southwest Alabama! Land consists of 700ac(250ac of Pasture Land/Ponds/10yr Pine, 250ac of 25yr Pine, 200ac of Mix Mature Hardwood/Pine & (11)Green Fields throughout)in Vineland, Alabama and we have 400ac(Mature Pine/Hardwood, a few Cut-Overs/Thinned Areas & (5)Green Fields)in the Community of Lasca, Alabama. As of now, I have (3)Buddy's & Myself(we're all 30yrs old & like to have a Good Time but at the same time, we look forward to this, so we want to get the RIGHT folks in it w/us)in this Property. I'd like to get (6)Guys in the Place, making it Comfortably Priced while at the same time not having it Overcrowded etc. That said, we have a House on the Section in Vineland that will be our Camp(it's an older Farmhouse that will be Updated before Start of Season). There's Shooting Houses on ALL Green Fields, Ladder Stands & Lock-Ons in the Bottoms & Cut-Overs, after that, it's up to us on how far we want to go w/the Propety on Planting & more Stands.
I could go into Detail about it but I'm only going to entertain Serious Interest ONLY! If your in that Category towards the Piece, Contact the Info Below:

They are both in these counties, but I don't consider these areas to be in the heart of the blackbelt. These are piney woods areas, not prairie lands aka ( black belt). Imo

Imo Most of the area's That are now piney woods was at one time fields..Majority of Alberta & Gee's bend is nothing but pines these days..

Let me rephrase my comment. The soil is what makes the black belt what it is and these areas do not have the same soil as the Prarie areas in the black belt. I hunt west of Uniontown and this area is the heart of the blackbelt and it's not conducive to pine trees. We hunt around 1200 acres and there is not a single pine tree on the property. Cedar thickets are the norm in the blackbelt..
