Customer service with Otter Box is outstanding!! Yeah they'll send u a brand new case if u break ur phone. But that doesn't help with ur broken phone lol!

My wife has an Otterbox on her S5. She likes it. I have a pure.gear Dualtek on my iphone and I have had no problems with it. I drop my phone a lot and I have not had anything break. It is much cheaper. My dad put one on his S5.

I've taken numerous underwater pics and videos with my s5 with no case. Bought a spigen neo hybrid for 17 bucks on amazon and IMO,it's better than an otterbox. Dropped my ph numberouse times and no damage whatsoever. Do have the invisible shield glass on the screen though too
