Price? Condition? Ammo?

Ammo is very hard to find. Can be ordered, but chances on finding it on the shelf are slim. Also, best be a handloaded if you want to shoot it much, too expensive to shoot if you are shooting alot and buying factory ammo.
Used in good to great condition fair price is $600. This is not a collector piece per say. Good brush gun. I have an original Marlin model 375 in 375 Win. from back in 1980, I handload, and was in retail sales for 4 or 5 gun shops over the last 30 years.
I have taken 3 deer and 1 bull elk with this cartridge. Would be a good hog rifle.

JMHO.

Age and condition is everything with these. If it's an old gun and its in exc cond there are folks that collect pre 64 Winchesters.

No,I was thinking of a .348 but still they still have some collector value. I've seenthem sell for as much as $1000 according to condition.
