If they do, take the money and 1031 it over into another bigger property and do it all over again. Anytime you can basically triple your money on a large scale like that, it's worth looking at. With Will's contacts, the next great piece of property to do the same thing over again on is just around the corner. David Morris did it with the Tecomate Ranch and went just down the road and started recreating it. That said it is a gorgeous place.

There's been plenty of changes(Bought buy bushnell) at primos the past several years. I wonder if its become a financial burden on Will. Do not regret growing older, it's a privilege denied to many!
