I'm just now getting over last months end of the world scare. The blood moons and the Shemitah turned out to be a big let down. Truthfully, I can't understand why any bible believing Christian puts any stock in the fear mongers blood moon predictions or any other nonsense. There is nothing to worry about other than sharing the Gospel with the lost.

Well if it does we want have anything else to worry about.

I have never put stock into mans predictions about things such as this.Mankind can't even get a weather prediction right half the time or predict a ball game right.Maybe if they see clouds sure it might rain or if one team sucks and they other is great then the great one might win but who can predict the exact inches of rain or the exact score.Noone can!Same goes for end times.God knows and only God knows and that should be good enough for any of us.The important thing is this.Be ready to go no matter if it's in your lifetime or 1000 more years from now.If people in this day and age were spiritually ready to go then I don't think this world would be in the uproar we are in today.

I was thinking the same thing.

These folks that are CONVINCED the world is going to end on such and such date; what do they do the day after? How do the feel?

I've never seen anything from these people after the fact.

one thing is for sure, we are closer today than we were yesterday.

If they ever had a follow-up it probably would sound something like "Well, the world COULD have ended yesterday! It just got pushed back a few weeks!"

Even Jesus himself doesn't know when it's going to happen, so I don't even bother to read these articles of these people that claim to know.

Yep. That's why I never put any stock in the Y2K fear, "end of the world" stock market Bear in the East is Rising fears, common men predicting the "end times" based on something they heard from an email splitting hairs on someone's interpretation of a sliver of scripture.

If Jesus doesn't know, no one here on earth does, either.

The predictors hopped that waiting spaceship and they are no longer here.

Why is the ending of the World always such big news?

I think it's more a concern about the Jews who still hang on to the old law. They're still watching for what has already happened. They also control a large portion of the worlds money and have the abilities to sway the stock market wildly when they want to.

That group forgot to consult Scripture on timelines.

Before God destroys the Earth by fire ("melting with a fervent heat") (a prelude to the New Heaven and New Earth) there has to be a 7 year Tribulation, an Ezekiel 38 war, a Rapture somewhere in there, the battle of Armageddon and Return of Christ, the judgment of the sheep and goats and a 1000 year physical reign of Christ on Earth from Jerusalem.

I will also say this: if one looks at the details of what took place in September and continuing now, world history making events have taken place and now we see Russia in Syria joining hands with Iran, the stock market sold off, the Pope and Obama declared support for the global government U.N. agenda, Muslims have poured into Europe for an over Hijra migration conquest and Europe's liberal political elite are opening the doors for them to completely take over Europe. And I have only mentioned the highlights. The Muslim conquest of Europe is an EPOCHAL event. A CLEAR judgment from the Holy One of Israel for their apostasy. And we are not far behind.

The Bible prophecy guys who mentioned the 4th Blood Moon, Shemitah and Jubilee cycle never said catacylsm on a particular day. They just predicted big events over the entire cycle. And we are certainly seeing them.

Call me crazy but I'm leaning more and more the farther that I go with Lord to be what one would label as a "Partial Preterist" I was born and raised old time Pentecostal and have seen my time in the Independant Pentecostal churches, the church of God, Assembly of God and these days I've kind of just back away from all denominations and church in general. I'm just believing in the favor and Grace of God and will take Him at His word.
