No we don't. If we did we would be condemning ourselves as we are not to judge people. I would say telling someone that they are going to hell is judging. Hope you never have to teach a muslim or jew. You will find yourself in quite an awkward situation. If you don't think someone is in danger why would you bother teaching them in the first place. By simply talking to someone about a sin you are implying they are going to hell.
