He's getting older and ya never know when that day will come that he won't be there anymore and I made a vow to take every opportunity I can to spend with him. He's done so much for me down through the years and I am now able to give back to him in ways I've always wanted to one day be able to do. One day my friend I will be in your same position and I to will make it a point to go out and get one for him. A lot of times it doesn't matter if it's a doe or buck but I know that's a trophy in your eyes because of the circumstances. I lost my Dad in July, I am hunting on the same property we have hunted together for years, he never killed a deer with his crossbow, he only had it last year. He told me before he passed that I better get one with the crossbow. I have taken it twice this year but haven't shot one yet. it will happen soon.
