How many kills do we need to be able to have an opinion on broadheads tfd?

More than one. It's kind of like a 16 year old telling you which vehicle to buy. I could understand him adding his 2 cents if it was a slick trick thread but it wasn't. To me he basically said rages suck because I killed my only archery deer with a slick trick and you need to shoot them too.

Yeah c’mon. Daniel White

I shoot a lot with my bow I hunt Kentucky,Alabama and Florida bow seasons I had a good start this year shot 5 deer and 7 pigs I been using rage hypo, nap two blade, and pick some slick trick 100. For deer you can go fixed or mechanical both do great .the The mechanical has a slight edge on the size of the opening and blood trail is impressive.it seems the deer tend to have stretchy skin so when you shoot it it opens up big.the pigs on the other hand are totally different if you shoot them with the mechanical 2 blade it will be next to impossible to blood trail it. with all their thick fat the two blades doesn't make a big or wide enough opening to make a good blood trail. Pig will die but u have do 100yard circles and hope u stubble on it . That being said a fixed blade lays big pigs open with great blood trials and works on deer good. Just my experience on them

Damn man, calm down. I didn't say rages suck and I don't care what head he uses.
Crosstac, shoot whatever you like.

Killed 6 or so with Rage Extremes. Never had an issue unless the shot is poor. If you hit shoulder you can forget it.

Haven't had that problem with the rage 2 blade. Even shot one a bit back that left a large blood trail, exit hole, and only traveled 40 or 50 yards before dropping. Quick recovery. Lots of blood easy track.

The only thing I have not heard anyone speak of in this thread is KE. If you are shooting 70 lb, there should be no issue w a 2 blade. 2 or 3, stay Behind the shoulder and you should like the results.
