Only bucks are required to be registered in the harvest record and enforced by game wardens , and does are voluntary.

I mean I agree it sucks to get a ticket for forgetting, but how else you going to keep up with it . If I got to buy a liscebse in the first place and you going to ticket the guy who forgets to tag his buck .. Just enforce It on both sexes so 99 % of us can get in the habit of keeping tags at all times and get what we are paying for in the first place . A managed herd.
