I killed a buck in Wilcox Co in the early 70's in a very open hardwood swamp. Rack looked very big compared to the deers body, looked to be five years old/180+ pounds. I killed it at 100 or so yards. When I got to it I knew something was wrong, but it wasn't until I touched the antlers that I realized the buck might weigh 130 pounds, scored just under 120. It was, however, five years old. Only thing I got right that day....


I've spent most of the money I've made in my lifetime on hunting and fishing. The rest I just wasted.....
