Probably high acreage, incredibly selective harvest criteria, good neighbors, supplemental feed and water. Everything one needs to grow big. Of course, they probably want him killed so he wont breed exhibiting only 8pts at 4yrs plus. They might give him another year to see if he puts on junk but in certain parts of S Texas, that boys, is a cull deer.
