Been looking at a lease just off the Sepulga river for next season, and wondering if you guys know if that area is bad for hogs. I don't mind a few and know most places have at least some, but definitely don't want something that is over run.

I hunt a lease on Sepulga River--SW of Red Level. It's sounds like it's close to you. The property is between County road 63 and the river. It's almost hog free. We caught a boar on trail cams last year but he disappeared. I found a wallow last year. Bottom line is no one has seen or shot one in 4 years. That said the habitat is perfect for hogs. It's just a matter of time before they move in.
