BTW, I don't think it's possible that this season will be worse for big bucks than two years ago. I'm still trying to figure out what happened in and around Jackson Co. two seasons ago.
You and me both. I had 4 shooters that year coming to licks and they vanished and never heard of one getting killed I would have more than likely. That year we did find several other bucks in Sept dead near water so I figure that was the fate of the missing 4. They never returned the next year. That year was also almost no acorns like this year If I remember right.The deer up here are low in the valley near fields.
