Anybody bought one of these and what's the verdict? I ride by and look at em whenever I'm by there. The price point is pretty good for a side by side and they look pretty nice.

Who makes it and what brand of engine?

A 390CC engine seems rather small compared to everything else on the market. I'm guessing that's the only way they can sell them for around 4G's.

I would definitely trust the Honda engine. It does seem a little small, though.

I have an older model (Chuckwagon). It has the Honda 340 cc engine. It only has 11 HP and runs out about 18 mph. That's pretty slow if you're cruising down the highway but too fast for riding the trails that I ride. It ain't a Polaris or Yamaha but it has been reliable.

Didn't Polaris make a ranger with a 400? For hunting or mild trail riding it'd probably be fine. Just won't win any races and I probably wouldn't put real big tires on it.

My dad had one for a few years that he let me use to hunt out of. Same motor. It was a whole lot quieter than any Yamaha, Arctic Cat (which I own now), Polaris, etc... It definitely was lacking when it came to power. Not really an off road, trail riding kind of UTV. So, it really depends on what kind of terrain you'll be riding on. Personally, I'd look for something used, with more power. Just my opinion.

Look at the Polaris Mid-Size 570. It's got a ton of power, rides well, and very affordable. I had planned on getting the full-size 900 but decided on the Mid-Size 570 after driving every one they had
