Does anyone have an inside scoop on this place? I know some of yal hunt in that area. Hoping someone was actually in the club.

You can pm me if you rather do that than post.

Mainly curious about total members and deer population.

Thanks

I came real close to joining one time, but it's been a long time ago.
What I know from back then was a fella with the last name of Roberts was running the club.
I think he may have had 2 sons that hunted with him and helped him with the club.
A lot of their land bordered one of the popular lodges in that area. They had a camp.
I believe the fella's first name was Steve.
Seems like there was a decent member/acre ratio.

I know that ain't what you were asking for, but maybe you can get something out of it.

I hunted that area for 13 years. Populations were down last few years I hunted, but I have not hunted that area in about 4 years.

28 members.
Hope this helps.

Great group of guys with a nice place and as good of a camp atmosphere as any you will ever join!
They have good numbers of deer, and some real good ones!

You can kill big deer there if you hunt for them. Probably as good of a chance there as anywhere that is a reasonably priced Club.

And, yes, I was a member and have hog hunted the area for years.

You will not find a better group of folks to hunt with.....The Roberts (Steve, Jamey and David) are great people. Several long term members in the club and they always kill a few good ones. Probably one of the most kid friendly clubs I have ever been around.

Steve, David and Jamey are some of the finest people you will ever want to meet. Very family oriented club. Not a club for heavy drinkers,etc... Some giants seen and killed during the rut.

Was a member there years ago. One of the best clubs around. Made some very good memories there.

I’m in the club. Great club atmosphere. Run by great people. I’m not sure it’s quite 4200 acres anymore. Two of the biggest tracks are bordered by Bent Creek Hunting Lodge’s trophy tracts. The rest is bordered by well managed land owners as well. 28-30 paying members. Not counting the Roberts, who don’t hunt much. It’s a great club and quality deer killed every year. My last two bow kills in the bow hunting section here came from there. There is a waiting list to join.
