Had a spike under me a 8:30 on WWR and that was it.

Okay I just peed from the stand ....deer are still here. Wow. How close are they. Must of thought it was raining. 15 yds at the most....they are still here Was this a controlled pee or a spray-n-pray-they-stay pee (you know it makes a big difference!)?!?

I went to Skyline this morning - only living thing I saw was a hawk. A buddy of mine saw a small spike, and another guy climbed a tree on a greenfield that had..... a freakin' corn pile out in it! He didn't know it until the sun came up. He ended up seeing a cowhorn spike in that field.

Had to come on out fellows ...it was an awesome morning and I wasn't even gonna go ....but my wife said that I might as well go should be a good morning. So now I am gonna suprise her by being home early. I have never even had one deer bed under me before much less 5. I watched them forever and learned alot about how they react to different things in the woods. Even if I don't get the big boy I am chasing...this morning made it all worth it

I'm sure it's been said but it just feels weird hunting in pants with no long jons and a tshirt on Chritmas Eve Pants, why pants. 2 of my last 3 hunts have been in shorts and tshirt. 70-75 ain't bad in shorts.
