Ribeye. No comparison.

My favorite is a Fillet about 1.5" thick cooked in a super hot cast iron skillet in butter.

I grill my Ribeyes, but I like to pan fry my Fillets in butter.

All of them are good if done correctly. I prefer porterhouse or Tbone on the grill. NY strip is good in an iron skillet.

I cant believe so few have chosen the NYS. I'll take it over a Ribeye every time. Porterhouse or T-bone is my favorite though.
