Always been a ribeye man but lately I've been grilling a thick cut bacon wraped sirloin from Publix. I like a good tender sirloin but they are hard to find.

Aged beef any cut free range! Hard to eat others when you had the best. Unless you've had a home grown Chi-Angus crossbred show calf, fed Auburn bull test feed for 5 months, you haven't had the best. You may have had great, but it's 2nd place at best.
