I was good friends with Bains son Fred till he died in a truck wreck, stayed good friends with Bain for many years. All I'll say is that Bain didn't shoot that man.
Wilcox Co is a different place for sure....
I've spent most of the money I've made in my lifetime on hunting and fishing. The rest I just wasted.....

My Dad was big buddies with Mr Jimmy. Used to field trial with him and Hunter McDuffy at Sedgefields a lot back in the day.
I asked my Dad once if he felt sorry for Mr JH losing that place. He said no, The Henderson's ancestors were carpetbaggers after the Civil War and came down here and took that place from the other white families that owned it.
Put things in a slightly different light to me. The Henderson's are all great folks. To put it in perspective that was no different than a lot of southern blood large land holding families that amassed large acreages during the depression when most folks could not pay their property taxes and lived under a feudal tenant farming system.

Wilcox Co is a different place for sure.... Heard a lot about it being justified and not justified, but never heard anyone say he didn't do it before.

I used to hunt on the fellow's place whose wife tried to have him killed. My impression was that he had a fairly sour view of the female sex. Go figure.
Used to be a lifeguard, until that blue kid got me fired.

Sadly, that place was going to be one of my first purchases from my lottery winnings. I guess it'll have to be Sedgefield then.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

Personally I'd go for the former Callaway plantation area. But that's just my thoughts

Get in line Jawbone that's my first purchase with the ticket. 257 if you can pry the Callaway Place from Drummonds cold, dead hands it'll be yours. I guess I'll settle for Sugar Hill south of Uniontown. Might just buy Blackwell or Molletes Bend for convenience. This is going to be more difficult than it thought. Since I can't make up my mind I'll guess I'll have to buy them all.

Personally I'd go for the former Callaway plantation area. But that's just my thoughts SHEEEEIIIITTTTTT, Jake Peavy's money couldn't buy something from the Drummonds. Like Claude Strother's mother told the judge in court when the Govt was trying to force them to sell a piece of property...... "Your honor, we're Strother's, we don't sell land, we BUY land".

I'm curious how much the Rayonier land in Blacksher would sell for if I won the Powerball? Specifically Carney & Southside HC's.
I came, I saw, so I killed them all......Vern
