Good catches Inojon. You must be ate up with coyotes over there.
It's funny that there are so many over there now. I grew up around Enterprise and Coffee Springs, and never once saw a coyote back in the 70's/early 80's. I know Ino is the western part of the county, but there couldn't have been that much difference. Cant recall anyone seeing many, or any. Now I guess they are everywhere.

Well she only had one possum this morning.

Had this set robbed by a possum.

And if y'all ever doubt that I've got the very best of the best for a wife, she's been in the skinning shed washing traps since I've been working days and haven't gotten it done yet.

Yes sir we have plenty of coyotes now. I started trapping in the early 90's over here around ino and caught quite a bit back then. Now they're everywhere around here.

Hank you sure do have a good wife, my wife won't have anything to do with mine. At least the boys help me out.

Cool pic Jon! Wish it would've been more light so she wouldn't have been blurred.

I would love to go out west and trap some of those silky plains coyotes. I've seen pics of them bristled up like that and that long hair sure makes them pretty.

Sorry to hear about your surgery Brenda! Get well soon! I've been working days the past 2 weeks and had to get by on Amanda running a few sets here at our house. We've got plenty of beaver to catch the next couple weeks and hopefully we can get a decent land line out by Wednesday.

couldn't stand it anymore, especially with the temperature about to decline for a few days . called Austin to see if he could come over and set some traps. he set 5 before it got too late. i'm able to drive so i checked them this morning. Charlie has a pic from a compass set and here is a pic of Austin making a set where we saw some coyote tracks

Caught a big male opossum in one of my mb-550's I got for Xmas. I wonder how many eggs he's ate in his lifetime?

Thanks man, I'm just glad that bulldog wasnt mean. He sure was a big old rascal. I even loaded him in the back of the truck and took him out to the road. He was sure glad to see me.
