Good sir when did I ever say I agreed with his free school or minimum wage? I said socially I agree with him and Rand not neccesarilly fiscally. Said that numerous times. I would agree with him on the fiscal issues but we are not at place where we can afford those things. Bush didnt help us much on that front. Minimum wage will never be $15 and college will not be free in my lifetime its not possible so why would I spend my time focusing on that. It wont happen ow is Bernie a communist? Other than free college and universal healthcare which would both be great but we are to broke to afford. What else do you know about him? YAll keep saying that and throwing out the word socialist communist but I seriously doubt yall have any clue about what he stands for. You said it right there. Black and white, clear as day. "both would be great" Good lord, Jesus take the wheel.

Bernie is an admitted socialist and you will NOT find a single socialist success story, especially one that beats our Representative Republic. Capitalism may not please those who aren't willing to work for what they get, but it beats the hell out of everything that preceded it and anything that's come along since.
The problem is too may American's are lazy, good for nothing, selfish, entitled pussies that aren't willing to work for what they get. Ya'll get mad if you want, I'm just calling it like I see it.
BWoods parents have done him a great disservice in this life.

You got that right. Especially today's 18-25 yr olds. I have guys that work for us that would walk to work 6 yrs ago, now guys just quit or don't show up if their car dies. Those same guys that would do what they had to do to get to work years ago still work with us today and I have to tell them to go slower and be kinder and expect less from lots of the guys we hire today. There are exceptions but lots of today's youth are just a different breed, still some great people out there but most don't know about work like previous generations did.

You got that right. Especially today's 18-25 yr olds. You gotta start hiring FARM boys. ![smile smile](/forum/images/graemlins/default/smile.gif) The oldest guy in my shop is 25 years old. I'd put them up against ANYBODY that does what we do. We've only got 2 guys that aren't farm boys of some sort or another. They're outliers in the bell curve. I don't think a single dang one of them owns an alarm clock though. Good thing the owner is late most mornings. ![smile smile](/forum/images/graemlins/default/smile.gif)

Why would you not want people to do those things for free if it was fiscally possible? As a christian is it not the christian thing to do if its fiscally possible? I keep reiterating the money part because its not been proven by anoyone in office that we could afford it at this point.

BWoods parents have done him a great disservice in this life. It sound like you got your cat all wound up speaking of cats. My parents have done me a great diservice how do you come that conclusion? Being narrowminded and ignorant like your showing tonbe on here is why we are in the schit hole situation we are in now. I can assure you I was still getting allowance for cutting the grass and making my bed when our politics got screwed up. You sound like a nice guy. What church do you go to?

Bwood, please for the sake of all us old farts who apparently know nothing, tell us, how in the Sam Hill could we have free colleges and free health care without going broke or without being taxed closer to death than we are now?
If Yall elect me to be POTUS, my first and only EO will be to raise the minimum voting age to 40.

Let's give everybody free cars too. Gubmint bailed them out, so they need to give us all a free one. Heck it's free, and free is free so it costs nothing.....
I'm reminded of a story that my mother tells me to be the truth. She said I was at a store with her when I was a child and I asked for a toy. She told me she didn't have the money to buy it and she says that I told her to just write a check for it.
There's something in that one for somebody...

There's something in that one for somebody... Dude people that cant afford a heart transplant getting one because they are a freaking human being, in no way can be compared to giving someone a free car. You think homeless people and broke old people that have fallen on hard times should just die instead of getting basic healthcare? Call me crazy

Keep calling people names when they disagree with you and prove you wrong, it's very effective at showing how mature and level-headed you are.

They die on a waiting list. When you take money out of the equation you sacrifice quality and accessibility. It isn't perfect but life isn't always fair. Free sounds great but it hasn't ever worked and it never will.

I'd rather relive the Bush days than have Bernie as president. I'd rather have pretty much any president in our history again than have a communist. Well, I'd have to think hard if it were the current one as the option. That would be the epitome of a dilemma. How is Bernie a communist? Other than free college and universal healthcare which would both be great but we are to broke to afford. What else do you know about him? YAll keep saying that and throwing out the word socialist communist but I seriously doubt yall have any clue about what he stands for. He says he's a socialist.
