I have an old school metal glider at my camp I would like to refresh and paint; but it's pretty rusty. Anybody know someone that could sandblast something that size in Birmingham area?
thanks

Soda blasting may be less destructive? Look in the yellow pages there is a guy that does good work, I want to say his place is the downtown area.

Yes soda blast that. The heat from sand blasting will warp that metal up terribly

It's gonna costed you about $200-$300 to get that blasted......

If you decide you don't want to do that, I'll give you $150 for that glider. I've been looking for one for years.

Sand will work if they know what they're doing.

Parked in a holler, beneath the mountain moon light.

But if they don't, it's a warped up piece of scrap metal.
