Call Gamewatch: 1-800-272-4263, if you believe they are illegally hunting over it.

Why should he call Gamewatch? The neighbor may not be within 500 yards of that. Might not be hunting. Could be doing it to screw up Eskimo.
Not everything is illegal and worthy of notifying "the authorities" about in this world. But I guess some folks need to keep tabs on their neighbors, look at deer reports, watch for corn and then notify the Nanny State to get 'em.

This corn issue is out of control. Needs to be outlawed from being on the ground period during hunting season.

Not everything is automatically illegal and worthy of notifying "the authorities" about in this world. But I guess some folks need to keep tabs on their neighbors, look at online deer "harvest" reports, watch for corn and then notify the Nanny State to get 'em.

True, I suppose when I see or hear someone complaining about feeding my first thought is the person putting it out is hunting over it, but then I guess the poster would have said "the neighbor's bait pile".

Ive never seen anyone hunting there, they do have a ladder stand close to the corn but they may be bird watching for all I know. The only thing that bothers me is that we walk the road on our side and it's an uncomfortable feeling knowing that someone may be there with a high powered rifle.

That would be a concern, for sure.

I keep a feeder out and full year around on the 40 acres at my house. Not sure if the neighbors like it or not. I don't hunt there so there is nothing illegal about it. I have a 1 acre greenfeild in my back yard AND dont give a crap what anyone thinks IF I wanted to put a feed on it I would!!! I have NEVER hunted it But if my daughter wants to look out her window or sit on the pool deck and see deer then I DONT CARE what the neighbors think!!!!

I love me some hog wire, makes the deer go "around" it. He may have put it there to keep you out of that spot. Just a guess.

It's a double edged sword. The "snitches get stitches" is just a pure schit statement. You have good neighbors that are just great people all around, but they break the law and hunt over corn. Do you call the law on them and potentially ruin that good neighborly atmosphere over something as simple as deer hunting? Then again, you know it's wrong and how can you NOT bring it to the attention of law enforcement.
If you’re a common sense person, you probably don’t feel you have a home in this world right now. If you’re a Christian, you know you were never meant to.
