Wait. You mean to tell me that if my neighbor puts corn out on the property line I can't hunt mine? So, if he sprinkled corn all the way around the border of my 40 acres he would reduce my hunting rights to only 31 acres? Or if I only had 20 acres and he did the same I would only be able to hunt 6 acres legally?
I call BS and would file a hunting harassment charge. Same for the one in the picture above. Wrong. What we are saying is that you CAN hunt a corn pile as long as you are across the property line. Also, this is incorrect and you can have adjoining land owners notified/checked/ticketed by the law for this as it does effectively take out land you can hunt. How is the warden to know it wasn't you that put it 20 yards over the line yet it's still only 60 yards from you in your stand? And who's the warden to believe, you or the other land owner? If you're within 100 yards of a corn pile regardless of lines, there is a chance you could get the ticket... As for the OP, I'd just scout, set up 100+ yards back and watch and see what passes through...no need in ruining what may very well be a "free" feed spot that you never have to restock yet can intercept the game going to it (unless you actually see them illegally hunting it)
