What is there to do there? Besides diamond jims what is another good place to eat lunch and dinner at? What's the best hotel in town?

The Amish place is good for lunch. Eat lunch at the grocery store beside Sumpter supply. Get the biggest steak the diamond jims has and thank me later. If you want to drink a beer stop by the brass monkey.
We will burn that bridge when we get there

I'll be sure to check out the brass monkey then. probably the best steaks I've ever had someone else cook were from diamond jims. I had one at the Orange beach location this past October that was probably the best piece of beef I've ever put in my mouth.

The Mennonite bakery/deli is really good...besides that and diamond Jim's, the York truck stop is your best bet.

But, stay the hell out of the York truck stop. It's owned by a bunch of camel humpers. I wouldn't let my neighbors dog eat there. It's been a while, but Dandy Dons used to have awesome breakfast and chicken wings. It's right across the street from the UWA Library.

Well, I was there 24 years ago, so I can only imagine it changed.

Besides diamond jims, the mennonite bakery is a must. Mennonite I always called it amish. We spent two months down there building a driveway and a bunch of other crap across from Larkin oil. There's some fine little Mennonite girls in that place
We will burn that bridge when we get there

I'd just ride down the road to Pennington for some real excitement.

If you come to Livingston you won't be an hour North of me. Sounds like a date to me.

Diamond Jim's and all the deer on the side of the road at nighttime to shoot at are the only reasons to go to Livingston Back in the day, the Delta Chi parties were off the chain. We had a few celebrities show up for them...
